16‑Week NextGen Program
Intensive 16‑week cohort combining hands‑on projects, mentorship, and Agile practice to prepare early‑career talent for production roles.

- Curriculum: Agile fundamentals, DevOps basics, CI/CD, cloud fundamentals (Azure), and professional skills
- Support: Dedicated coach, peer mentorship

Funding & Employer Support
all funding for all classes, micro credentials and mentorship are covered by funding from workforce development programs. The programs are a combination of federal state and county grants.

Pathways by Student Status
1) Working — Current Employees
Objective:
work with your current employer to upskill -- whether you are looking to change careers or get the necessary skills for a current company effort
- Timeline: 1 to 16 weeks
- State-sponsored funding programs: on the job training, incumbent worker training, TechCred Ohio
- Availability: daytime, night time, weekend, in person, virtual

2) Not Working — Job Seekers
Objective:
Obtain industry recognized and micro credentials to boost your career to the next level.
- Timeline: 1 to 4 weeks
- State-sponsored funding programs: Adult WIOA, CCMEP, RESEA, TechCred Ohio
- Availability: daytime, night time, weekend, in person, virtual
Details:
The process starts with visiting and applying at your Ohio Means Job center to plan your certification path. We will then work with the Training Development Specialist assigned to your case
3) In School — Students
Objective:
Earn industry recognized certifications while you are in school. Prepare yourself for the next great job interview
- Micro-credentials: AI, DevOps, Azure, GitHub
- Availability: after class, weekend, in person, virtual
